Eugene Bennett Pazelli

Eugene Bennett Pazelli – Geno of Highpoint, Brooksville Florida and recently of Northbrook Health and Rehabilitation, has passed away on March 19, 2025, at the beautiful age of 93. Born May 27, 1931, in Boston, Pennsylvania to our Noni and Pappap, Joseph and Marie Pazelli. Proud member and veteran of the U.S. Air Force from January 1951 to August 1954. Retired from Racine Chicago Engineering after many loyal years. At the age of 93 there is simply too much to tell you about this beautiful soul and how he dealt with the difficulties of life with such dignity. He will be so missed. We would like to thank all the beautiful people of Northbrook Health and Rehabilitation in Brooksville for taking care of Daddio like he was family. He loved teasing the ladies who took care of him. Many, many thanks to Dawn, Tim, and Jack who adopted dad as their own and spoiling him rotten. He’s going to miss all those ice cream sundaes!

Eugene is preceded in death by his Ex-wife Loretta Pazelli, daughter Pamela Herald (Pazelli), Mother Marie Pazelli, and Father Joseph Pazelli.

He is survived by his daughters Lynn Bogacki (Tom) of Berkely ll, Jaynie DiFiore (Mike) of Algonquin ll, and Jodie (the late Terry) Buchanan (Ottawa ll), his son Chis (Dads Mini Me) Pazelli of Melrose Park ll, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

There will be a service at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Dr. Spring Hill, FL 34609, on Monday March 31st at 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. A private burial will be held at a later date at Florida National Veterans Cemetery. Early dinner afterwards, all daddios friends welcome.
