Frederick Monroe Montgomery, 73, died suddenly Friday, February 10, 2017. Survived by wife, Marianne C. (Marti) Montgomery, son, Dylan F. Montgomery and granddaughter, Kaylee E. Montgomery. After retiring from Wayne County Government in Michigan, he and his wife owned and operated a successful Real Estate Firm in Spring Hill, Florida for 23 years. Past Master, Brotherhood Lodge #375, Brooksville. Fred was a 33rd Degree Mason. In his younger years, he was an avid Hunter and Fisherman. He also enjoyed Metal Detecting, Lightning Hockey and Traveling. He and his wife Marti were inseparable, married 45 years. Above all else his enduring Love of Family will help sustain those left behind including his Daughter-In-Law, Rose Montgomery and adopted grandchildren, Felix, Esa and Eli Bermudez. Fred is also survived by sisters: Wyvonna, Mozella, Perna and a brother Dwayne, all from Michigan. A visitation will be held at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Drive on Wednesday, February 15th from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM.
