Joan Osborn Stephen, 88, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015. Joan was born Morgantown, West Virginia to Harold and Mildred Osborn. Joan was an Elementary School Teacher for many years. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband Howard M. Stephenson; daughters Pamela Higgins; Christina Stephenson; son Kevin Stephenson; brother Rich Osborn and his wife Cathy; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
