Joseph Nathaniel Frederick, Jr., 51, of Spring Hill, FL, died on Monday, January 19, 2015. Joseph, son of Shirley and Joseph Nathaniel Frederick, Sr., husband of Anne Jean-Baptise Frederick, passed away at Tampa General Hospital after being rushed there by ambulance from work on January 19th, where he began experiencing heart problems. He is survived by his parents, his wife Anne, and two children, Jackill Tyson and Joseph Nathaniel Frederick III. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Warren and Ne'vaeh Tyson, his brother Anderson, sister Avernell, and their respective children. Joseph worked nearly 35 years as a mechanic, at one point owning his own shop in St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands, before relocating himself and family to Connecticut, and eventually Florida. In the States, Joe worked for several different car companies, but his true passion laid with diesel engines, where he spent a majority of his 30+ years, concluding his career, starting in 2008, as a master mechanic working for Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART). In 2010, Joe made the decision to go back to school where he received his AA from Pasco-Hernando Community College. He was in the midst of continuing his education at the University of South Florida, all while working full time. When he wasn't at work or furthering his education, he spent the remainder of his free time at home with his other passion – family – as a devout Christian, as a loving father, provider, and supporter to his children, and as a best friend and life partner to Anne. Joe became a well-known individual anywhere he frequented, fondly remembered by everyone whose life he touched, and never afraid to share a conversation, or a laugh, with complete strangers. He was truly an angel and a blessing walking among us, and now may have the peace of returning to the Kingdom of Heaven where he can finally spread his wings.
