Kathleen Elizabeth Mills

Kathleen E. Mills, 86, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on February 15, 2026. She was born in Bronx, New York on December 2, 1939. Kathleen attended and graduated from St. Helena’s High School in Bronx, New York.

Kathleen married John P. Mills on June 6, 1959. Together they created a family of 3 children. Kathleen remained at home to raise the children. In June of 1982 Kathleen began a career with Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner and Smith, working as an Executive Assistant in New York City, New York. After relocating to Denver, Colorado with the company in 1991, Kathleen retired in June, 2001. In June, 2005 John and Kathleen moved to Clearwater, Florida, settling into retirement by cruising, volunteering at church, reading, and visiting their grandchildren.

Katheen was predeceased by her husband, John Mills, of 66 years, she is survived by her children Kathleen Grande (Joseph), Jacqueline O’Donovan (William) and Sean Mills (Donna), grandchildren Jenna Carlson, Joseph Grande, JohnPaul Grande, Caitlyn Shaffer, Brogan Callahan, Connor O’Donovan, Delaney Callahan, Liam Mills and Bennett Mills and several great grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be held at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL on Tuesday, February 24 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Mass will be offered on Wednesday, February 25 at 11:00am at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Sorrows, 18810 U.S. 41, Masaryktown, FL 34604.
