Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal, on May 18, 1967, Paul was a cherished member of his community. He worked at Brilhante Jewelers, a business founded by his father, where he dedicated many years of service.
Paul is survived by his parents, Ernesto and Maria M. Brilhante, and his sister-in-law, Maria C. Brilhante. He leaves behind his nieces, Chelsea Brilhante, Raquel Brilhante, and Melissa Brilhante Pacheco, as well as his nephew, Asher Brilhante. Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Carlos Brilhante.
Paul had a passion for classic cars and enjoyed collecting diecast models. He was particularly fond of attending car shows, especially with his beloved Plymouth Prowler.
He will be remembered fondly by his family, including his aunts and uncles, and all who knew him.
A mass will take place on December 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Church.
