She was born in Clinton, Oklahoma on August 25, 1943. Phyllis graduated from Clinton High School. She was married to Nelson Perez-Pazo on February 24, 1963 and was a homemaker. Phyllis was a member of Red Hats and Northcliffe Baptist Church. She had a passion for painting and crocheting.
Phyllis was predeceased by her brother, Larry Pickle and her sister, Sharon McKree; She is survived by her children, Richard Perez and Lisa Perez; grandchild: Justin Parsons; great-grandchild: Aiva Parsons.
A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00-4:00pm, Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Merritt Funeral Home Spring Hill (4095 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, FL 34609), where a Memorial Service begins at 4:00pm.
