Sarah Jane Easler

She was born on November 8th, 1949 to Gerald & Erma Woodward of Brunswick, Maine. A middle child amongst her 3 other sisters. Ginny, Freddy, and Linda.

She was married for 35 years to the love of her life Wendall F. Easler who passed away in July of 2009.

She followed her heart and became a teacher, her true calling. She excelled in teaching children of all ages in both Brewer, ME and Hernando County, FL. In her spare time she loved to cook, bake, and write to her friends and loved ones. But above all else, she enjoyed doting on her grandchildren who kept her hands busy and her soul young.

She is survived by her children: Peggy Wright from Spring Hill, FL, Michelle Easler from Brooksville, FL, Karen & Steve Collins from Hermon, ME, Kim Arbour & Victor from Augusta, ME, and Kevin Easler & Mary Jean from Freeport, ME.

She had 12 grandchildren: Jason, Kevin, Jenn, Jewell, Jonathan, Lauren, Victoria, Landon, Veronica, Vanessa, Andrew, and Kaylee.

Along with 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Sarah will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Turner Funeral Homes, Crematory and Cemetery, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, 14360 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
