Terri Hytree, 68, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away Monday, August 2, 2021. She was born and raised in Willoughby, Ohio, where she raised her family before she traded the cold and snow that she hated for the Sunshine State. Terri retired as a school bus driver in Hernando County, Florida, and was an avid sewer, embroiderer, animal lover, FaceTime caller, grandkids’ cheerleader, and Instant Pot chef. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Beatrice Jones, as well as her Aunts, Sister-in-Law and Nephew. She is survived by her long-time best friend and husband, William E. Hytree. Their love and devotion to one another is an inspiration to their family. Terri was never happier than when she was surrounded by her large and spirited family. She was so proud of all
5 of her children: Sandie Ahrens (Rob), Charlie Marinko (Valerie), Bret Marinko, Traci Galioto (Bill), and Staci Levkulich (John). Her legacy of kindness and love will live on with all of her grandchildren, of which she would have proudly told you that she had 11: Sarah, Emily, Carly, Blaine, Blake, Bret, Brennyn, Ellagrace, Annabelle, Koreen, and Jonny. Another generation of love is just beginning with her great grandson, Elliot, and another baby due in November. She will also be remembered by her brother, Clyde Jones, and her loving nephew, Greg Jones, (Jennifer and Jake). She will be missed by her large family of cousins, in-laws, “extra” kids and grandkids, friends, and her best fur-friend, her cockapoo, Maisy. Each of us keeps her alive in our hearts. The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind.
Services will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Turner Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12:00 until the service is held at 1:00 PM. Committal service will follow to Florida Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Spring Hill.
