Vicky was born on January 9, 1944, in ELLON Scotland United Kingdom. Her parents were Father Frederick Carnie and Mother Gladys Mary Carnie nee (Reid).
She graduated from Inverurie Academy in Inverurie, Scotland.
Vicky was married for 53 years to Frank C. Franklin lll In Marysville California where their son Che" Kristoffer Franklin was born.
She was a member of the British wives' club with her oldest and dear friend Patricia (Wollescroft) Burgess while husband was stationed at Beale AFB California.
She was a Business Manager at Ford of Hyannis and also Chris Bullock Toyota on Cape Cod. She had fun at her USA Flea market stall where she made and sold beautiful crafts of all seasons and made many friends.
Vicky is survived by Her Husband Frank (Satch) Franklin; Son Che'; and Grandson Zachary of Spring Hill, Her Brother Dennis Carnie and Dot; nephews Lloyd Carnie and Jim Simpson; Niece Donna Frances Smith; all the Carnies, Lyles and Lyons, in the UK and McClintock's.
She is predeceased by her parents Fred and Gladys Carnie.
