Frances E. Stanton of Spring Valley, NY, passed away on Saturday October 5, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family. Mrs. Stanton was born July 10, 1952, in Jersey City, NJ. She was 62 years old. Services will be held on Tuesday October 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
