Mrs. Janice Barbara Messinger, of Highland Mills, New York, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016, at the Braemar Assisted Living at Wallkill. Mrs. Messinger was born on January 8, 1933, in New York, New York. She was 83 years old. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, 10:00AM, at the Frederick Loescher Veterans Cemetery, New Hempstead, New York, with Rabbi David Berkman officiating.
