Joshua Aaron Meyer

Joshua was a beloved son, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit. His warmth, laughter, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Born on December 23, 1978, Joshua was a beacon of light to everyone who met and knew him.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Leslie Meyer, his sister Kimberly Meyer, his aunt Arlean Tessler, his aunt and uncle Fran and Marty Lippe, his aunt and uncle Rosemary and Howard Mazor, his aunt and uncle Joyce and Dr. Norman Meyer and cousins Jonathan Tessler, Vicki Bernard, Matthew Tessler, Michael Lippe, Wendi DeSimone, Nicole Phillips, Meredith Giles, Lois Strichart, Suzanne Garber and Annie Silver and his best buddy Pete, aka Rehum Harris who helped take care of him for the past 11 years and with all of our family and friends, will cherish his memory. He was predeceased by his father, Irwin S. Meyer.

Funeral services to honor Joshua's remarkable life will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977. Memorial contributions may be made to Venture Together, previously known as Camp Venture, a Day Habilitation Program that Josh attended since he was 21.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest in peace, Joshua. You will never be forgotten.
