Mrs. Lillian Van Roy, of Tappan, New York, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Van Roy was born on November 12, 1921, in Romania. She was 95 years old. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 1, 2017, 10:30 AM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, New York, with Rabbi Blass officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 14920 Northern Boulevard, Ridgewood, New York.
