Martin (Marty) Bernstein died peacefully in his sleep February 6, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne, daughter Sally, son Jonathan and wife Melissa, grandchildren Joseph, Carolyn, Eric, Jacob and Emma, sister Edith and Brother-in-law Vincent. Marty was predeceased by his parents, Bella and Max Bernstein and sister Marcia Salberg. He was blessed to love and be loved by family and friends. Marty was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 8, 2017, 11:00 AM at Temple Beth Sholom 228 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956. Interment to follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, New Jersey. Memorial Contributions in Marty’s memory may be made to Temple Beth Sholom.
