Ruth Heffler, 98, of Nyack, Florida and the Bronx, has passed away peacefully on October 30, 2014. She was born in NYC. She was predeceased by her husband Jerry. She is survived by her loving children, Dori (Bill) Velto, Howard (Roberta) Heffler and Frank (Marcia) Heffler. She is also survived by her six loving grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Hellman Memorial Chapels at 10:30 A.M. in Spring Valley, NY. Interment will be at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Fairview, NJ following services. The family will host a gathering of friends and family following interment on Sunday and Monday at the Velto residence.
