Stanley Louis Alpert, age 82, of New City, New York passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Stan was a devoted husband to Susan Alpert, father to Sharon Alpert and her husband, Kevin MacEwen, grandfather to Millie and Jesse, brother to Sandi Farina and also devoted uncle and cousin to his many extended family members. He was the son of the late Rose and Ben Alpert and after growing up in Bloomfield, NJ, he attended University of Bridgeport and attained an BA in physical education and then a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from NYU.
Stan was a practicing physical therapist for over 60 years and to his date, he was still working in his profession. Besides his passion for helping others, his inner creative talents emerged, and he became a prolific writer of many novels. His goal was to write 100 books and he had just started on #99 in the days before he passed. His final book, #98 will be published shortly. His books always provided a moral and ethical message and they can be found in kindle version on Amazon. We know that had he lived longer, he would have accomplished his goal.
We all know Stan as a loving, kind, and gentle person who lived by this creed. He will never be forgotten.
