Neal was known to me through my work in the coffee industry. It can easily be said that Neal was one of the most approchable business person I have met. I always knew he must be very busy representing Bunn all over the world. Yet he was always there when needed, quick to respond and so very helpful and nice. He did whatever possible to bring a task to completion, whether it would be a small question by email or some project on some equipment. He was inspiring for his work ethic and for his deep involvement in his customers and partners. I would have liked to know him more, because the little I knew of him, there was already a lot of good to define the man he was. I am sad he is gone now, but I am glad to have been among those who crossed paths with him and thus be left with a part of him.

I am sorry to hear about Neal. Neal helped us with our business for the last 29 years. I saw him at the Restaurant Show in May and we had lunch together one of the days. He helped me a lot in developing our international sales for China Mist tea. Neal was a really good person and will be missed by everyone in the industry. I know that I will miss talking with him.

The first time I met Neal Robinson was at a show in Italy in 2006, he was always gracious,wisdom and dedicated business man, and always willing to help the people who worked with, I feel so sad to hear the news that he passed away, Neal Robinson will be missed by all of us.

I was deeply shocked and SADENED to hear the news of Neal's passing My deepest condolences to the Robinson family and his Bunn family. I considered Neal not only a personal friend who was a GREAT human being and someone I considered as one of the true and most respected gentleman in the coffee industry. Neal, taught me all I knew about Coffee & Tea Brewing. He inducted me into Bunn-O-Matic Corporation as the first Asia Pacific employee and into the World of Foodservice. Neal is a teacher, a coach and a fatherly figure to me. I had the privilege to be with Neal on his last oversea trip to Australia traveling to Sydney, Wollongong and Adelaide. I send Neal off at Sydney airport on Aug 5 morning. On the way to the airport (for some reason) I took the opportunity to thank him been my mentor, my coach and my gratitude. I saw him off right infront of the departure gate after helping him with his luggage and check-in. I gave him a good hand shake and hug. Never realized this is my last good bye to Neal on his way home in his last oversea trip. In his honor, I will continue his good work and will contribute and alleviate Bunn-O-Matic Corporation Asia Pacific business to new heights. May God Bless His Soul and his Family.

It is with much sadness that we receive the news of our great friend Neal's passing. Neal was an inspirational mentor and wonderful family friend to the team here at Hennessy Coffee and he will be sadly missed by us all. Neal was a marvellous man to be with, good company, a very pleasant manner and a wry sense of humor. His support for the SCAE was greatly appreciated as it was certainly instrumental in initiating a number of important projects for the Association. The coffee industry has lost someone very special and he will certainly be missed.

Neal was a great person to work with, learn from, and travel with. He will be missed by all those fortunate enough to know him.

I hsve had many chances to work with Neal when he visited our plant in California. He was friendly and interested in what our plant was doing. It was a pleasure working with Neal these past 20 years.

We want to send a thought to Neal but primary to his family in times of grief. The eccho of your loss traveled all the way up north. Neal was the first person I talked to at Bunn, and convinced us to start the good coperation we have today. And now I cant even finish it since the man who signed it is no longer with us. Rarely have I encountered a gentleman with such imprimatur of class, intellect, and character. His wealth of knowledge and experiences from around the globe were fascinating, and always offered so unassumingly. We have known and worked with Neal for more than 15 years. He was a very warm person and always offerred his help and acted professionally.
