Addison Grace Simmons, infant daughter of Lori and Darrin Simmons, passed at 12:18 a.m. on Friday, December 2, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center. Addison is survived by her parents, Lori and Darrin Simmons; sister, Cierra Jayne Simmons; grandparents, Dave and Linda Simmons, Linda and Ken Donelson, and John and Peggy Roth; aunts and uncles, Shea and Rodney Patton, and Amy and Eric Cole; and cousins, Kaylen Roth and Austin Cole. Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral ceremony at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2011 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
