Aden Bailey Guzouskis, infant son of James John Guzouskis and Sarah Elizabeth Bailey, was born and entered into eternal life June 26, 2003 at St. John’s Hospital. Surviving are his parents: James Guzouskis and Sarah Bailey of Springfield; grandparents: Carol Bailey of Springfield, Ray and Donna Bailey of Divernon, Sandra Conkrite of Springfield; one uncle: Joe Guzouskis and one aunt Laurie Hassenstaub of Springfield. Remains were cremated and no services are planned. The family of Aden Bailey Guzouskis are being served by Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 900 South 6th Street, Springfield.
