She was born in Joliet on May 3, 1982, the daughter of John and Regina (Burditt) Carter. Angela married Christopher Pierce on March 16, 2020.
Angela worked in insurance for Hillsboro Health. She enjoyed reading a good book, crocheting, and above all, cherished spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Ara Bailey; maternal grandfather, Mark Burditt; and paternal grandparents, Jim and Jean Carter.
Angela is survived by her mother, Regina; father, John Carter; stepmother, Teresa Carter; husband, Christopher; son, Xayden (Peyton) Flowers; daughters, Madisyn (Alan) Uthe-Carter and McKenna Carter; grandchild, Hank Satterlee; siblings, Joshua and Kelly Jo Carter; grandmother, Joan Burditt; uncle, Brad Burditt; sister and brother-in-law, Dawn and Dave “Steve” White; and nephew, Steph White (Crystina).
Visitation: Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center following services.
