Anna Marie Saylor

Anna Marie Saylor, 75, of Springfield, passed away at 1:31 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at St. John's Hospital. Anna Marie was born March 19, 1936 in New Berlin, the daughter of Orbra and Marie Behl Huff. She married Frank Saylor in 1977 in Loami, IL. He preceded her in death. Anna Marie was a graduate of New Berlin High School. She retired from the Department of Revenue in 2000 after 45 years of service where she had worked as a tax analyst. She was a member of Berlin Christian Church. Anna Marie enjoyed garage sales, shopping and attending the Sangamon County Fair with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Shane; brothers, Robert, Charlie, Henry, Tom and Clarence Huff; and sisters, Margaret Zimmerman and Helen Huff. She is survived by two sons, Russell Chaudoin (partner, Bradley Kinney) of Springfield and Roy (wife, Mary) Chaudoin of Claremore, OK; grandchildren, Shaun (wife, Nicole), Chad, Shelby, Shantell, Tashia, Amie, Tyler Chaudoin, and Cody Tippett; great-grandchild, Ethan Chaudoin; and sister, Mary Smith. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Berlin Christian Church, 2580 S. Wake Rd., New Berlin. Funeral Ceremony: 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Berlin Christian Church, with Rev. Warren Brosi officiating. Burial will follow at Woodwreath Cemetery in Island Grove Township.
