Barbara Elaine Wilson, 50, of Springfield, passed away at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at her residence. Barbara was born August 26, 1952 in Vallejo, CA the daughter of Ray and Lynn Pradee Cordas. Barbara was employed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Database Manager and formulary specialist. She was a member of the First Nine Golf League and a former Missouri State Pool Champion. She was passionate about gay and lesbian rights and the Animal Protection League. She is survived by her partner, Dr. Lynn Pardie of Springfield; parents: Lynn and Ray Cordas of Fenton, MO; three brothers: Gregg Cordas of Chicago, Paul (wife, Sheree) Cordas, Tom Cordas both of Kansas City, MO; three nieces, one nephew and one great niece. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home from 3-4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2002. Memorial services will follow visitation at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2002 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home.
