Barry was born on October 18, 1953, in St. Clair Shores, MI, the son of Edmond and Dorothy Upton Vezina. He married Erlinda Alfonso on April 9, 2022, in Chatham.
Barry graduated from Lakeview High School and then attended Macomb Community College. He worked for the Chrysler Automotive Plant.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother.
He is survived by his wife, Erlinda “Linda” Vezina of Chatham; stepdaughter, Sheila Wassell of Springfield; step-grandchild, Bailey Wassell; two brothers, one in Ecuador and one in Michigan; one sister in Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
The family is being served by Butler Funeral Home-Chatham, 8855 State Rt. 4, Chatham.
