

Beth "Bitzy" Groth, 48, of Springfield, died at 10:36 a.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Bitzy was born February 26, 1966 in Charleston, the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth (Harrington) Inyart. She married Patrick Groth on January 2, 1999 in Springfield. Bitzy received her master's degree in hospitality from Eastern Illinois University and was the co-owner of Incredibly Delicious for 16 years. She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her husband, Patrick Groth of Springfield; three sons, Samuel, Isaac and AJ; father, Robert Inyart; seven siblings, Michael (Maribeth Clancey) Inyart of Belleville, Teresa (Jim) Phelan of Lincoln, Ann (Terry) Bacon of Charleston, Charlie (Pat) Inyart of Tunas, MO, Rosie (Ed) Schniers of Charleston, John (Lucy) Inyart of Charleston, and Dan (Kevin Richeson) Inyart of New York City, NY; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Memorial Ceremony and Gathering: The family will host a memorial ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Hope Evangelical Church, 3000 Lenhart Rd., Springfield, with Pastor Dave Johnson officiating.
