Carol Long Robertson

Carol Long Robertson, 75, of Berlin, died at 4:15 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2007 at her residence Carol was born on February 26, 1932 in Berlin, IL, the daughter of Carl A. and Helen M. Rowland. She married Donald S. Robertson on November 10, 1989 at Berlin Christian Church She graduated from Lanphier High School in 1950. She worked for the Department of Agriculture for fifteen years and retired from the Illinois Senate Journal room. She was a member of Berlin Christian Church. She was preceded in death by one son: Robert Long; her biological parents and her adoptive parents Carl A. and Helen M. Rowland. She is survived by her husband: Donald S. Robertson of Berlin; one son: Michael Long of Springfield; two daughters: Linda (husband, John) Long Day of Paradise Valley, AZ and Sandra Joann (husband, Joseph) Long Verheidge of Scottsdale, AZ; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2007 at McCullough – Delaney & Butler Funeral Home, 714 E. Gibson St., New Berlin. Additional visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Ceremonies at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Berlin Christian Church, 113 E. 1st St., Berlin, with Rev.
