Kitty was born on September 19, 1927, in Springfield, the daughter of Robert and Mahalie Phillips Snow. She married Robert L. Smysor on December 12, 1948. He preceded her in death on December 25, 1983.
Kitty worked as a bookkeeper in the document office of Woolco Department Store until her retirement in 1981. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star and the Ansarettes.
Kitty was also preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Pansy, Ann, Lora, Margie, Evylyn, Robert Jr., and Philip.
She is survived by her sons, David L. Smysor, and Jeffrey P. Smysor; grandchildren, Pete, Sarah, and Skylar; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Private family services were held.
