

Craig "Ziplock" Matthew Jones, 36, of Springfield, passed away at 3:34 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Craig was born January 3, 1981 in Springfield, the son of Don and Nancy (Hohimer-Jones) Holshouser. Craig graduated from Lanphier High School in 1999. He owned Jones Chop Shop, and earned the Best of Springfield in 2014/2015 in the barber category. Craig also worked at Hope School as a youth counselor. He was a member and officer of Steel Justice MC. He enjoyed motorcycles, his family, kids, and bow hunting. He is survived by his son, Tyler Jones; parents, Don and Nancy Holshouser of Springfield; fiance, Kindra Beys and her children, Thomas and Levi Beys; brother, Christopher Jones (fiance, Amanda) of Washington; sister, Christine (Don) Stimac of Farmersville; step-brother, David (Amber) Holshouser of Decatur; step-sister, Angela (Nick) Gerberding of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Memorial Gathering: Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th Street, Springfield. Memorial Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, with Celebrant Judy Woerner officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
