Dean graduated from Pleasant Plains High School and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Western Illinois University. He enjoyed a career in banking, having worked as a Bank Officer and Vice President of Loan and Compliance for over 38 years. Dean was a member of Fitzgerald Church of God in Fitzgerald, GA, and Bethesda Church of God in Sumter, SC for over 25 years.
Dean is survived by his wife, Bonita K. Williamson; sons, Jeremiah Williamson, Philip Scarborough, and Brian Scarborough; grandchildren, Olivia Williamson, Cody and Kinami Scarborough; sister, JoAnn Niccolls of Springfield, IL; brother, Donn Williamson (Judy) of Alma, NE, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dean was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Dean will be laid to rest at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Williamsville, IL.
