Demerie Jo, Bostick, passed away Monday January 27, 2025 at 7:30 am at St. John’s Hospital. She was born January 23rd, 1979 at Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville, Illinois to Eddie(Edward), and Brenda Kay Bostick. She was preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by her daughter Kailie Bostick, grandson and sister Jessica Bostick. She was also survived by her partner Dustin Theivagt. Demerie was a competitive gymnast for 10years at L&M Gymnastics, where she just missed by a few points the once in a lifetime opportunity to compete in the Olympics. She was in the graduating class at Lanphier High School in 1997 and was a Receptionist for almost 25 years.
The family will host a memorial visitation on Wednesday February 5, 2025 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Road. A private inurnment will take place at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
