Doris M. Groneck, 90, died on Thursday, January 8, 2015, 3rd child of Bland & Irene (Musgrove) Jamison & graduate of Beaumont HS '43 was a native St. Louisan. While employed by Krey Packing Co, she met John, the love of her life. During their 56 yrs of marriage they raised 5 children; John ll (Carol), Barbara, Liz (d. Denny) McLaughlin, Richard (Beverly) & Sue (Hal) Pilger. She loved her family, friends, cooking, mall walking & bridge. She was proud of her mid-life optician positions with Ostertag & Albert Aloe. Baptized in Christ, she now lives in death with her husband, parents, siblings, Dorothy Nichols & Roy Jamison, & grandson, Jeff Pilger. Her legacy includes 6 grandchildren: John, Dan, Rachel, Justin, Mike & Laura, & 10 great-grandchildren: Madison, Kimberly, Andrew, Matthew, Laney, Audrey, Colin, Mason, Scarlet and Zoe; all who will forever miss her love, humor and Christmas cookies!
