Douglas L. Seigel, 76, passed away in Surprise, Ariz., on Monday, October 18. After moving to Springfield from Missouri in 1959, he worked for the next 40 years as a disc jockey, sales representative, and sales manager for radio stations WCVS and WFMB, from which he retired in 1999. In 2005, he relocated to Surprise. Survivors include his son Stephen; his daughter Jill Miller; his son-in-law Sam Miller; and two grandsons, Benjamin and Joel Miller. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 22, at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
