Edward Joseph Kraus

Edward Joseph Kraus, 81, of Chatham passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at St. Johns Hospital. He was born August 24, 1935, in Chicago to the late Edward J. and Dorothy Lucille Kaberna Kraus. Edward married Judith Claire O Connell on August 3, 1963. Ed served his country in the U.S. Navy. Ed worked over 30 years as a sales manager at Brown-Forman, a fortune 500 company that distills spirits. Mr. Kraus will be greatly missed by his daughters, Lisa Kraus of Downers Grove and Pamela (Paul) Gossman of Palm Desert, CA; son, Joseph (Debbie) Kraus of Portsmouth, NH; grandchildren, Katelin Gossman, Jack and Noah Kraus; brother, Richard (Grace) Kraus of Elmhurst, Il and sister Dorothy (Bob) Ransford of Frankfort, IL; brother-in-law, Jack (Ann) OConnell of Chicago; sister-in-law, Joan Whalen of California; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
