Frances was born July 22, 1936 in Springfield, the daughter of Raymond and Emily Liebert Hussey. She married Joseph "Jerry" Stasukinas on May 18, 1957 in Springfield.
Frances graduated from Lanphier High School in 1954 and attended Springfield Junior College where she studied business. She was the world's best grandma and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends more than anything else. When she wasn't traveling, she enjoyed spending time at her pool and teaching her grandchildren to swim. She showed everyone how to enjoy life.
