

Frank was born on February 10, 1946, in Batesville, MS, the son of Melvin Elem and Clitee Grice.
He attended school in Mississippi and worked at Chysler and Chevrolet in St. Louis, MO, for five years. Frank also was a devoted minister and delivered the word for all that would listen. He enjoyed fishing and was a passionate, kindhearted, and loveable man. He loved to help people and his greatest accomplishments in life were his children and grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; son, Little Frankie Elem; brother, Big Joe Grice; and sister, Clarabell Grice.
He is survived by his son, William Elem of Springfield; daughters, Ann Richardson of St. Louis, MO, Desirea (Kyle) Richardson of Springfield, and Brenda Elem of Springfield; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Jody Elem, Melvin Elem, Ruth Moore, Larry Moore, Perry Moore, Damon Moore, Rubie Willingham, Evelyn Lott, Edward Elem, Larry Grice, Viola Scott, Milton Elem, and Ruby Powell; and multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation was provided by Lincoln Land Cremation Society.
