Jacob "Jake" Edward Gordon

Jacob “Jake” Edward Gordon, 21, of Pawnee, formerly of Whitman, MA., passed away on Monday September 28, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born on May 23, 1994 in Springfield to Chuck Gordon and Erica Kleckler Derochea and they both survive.

He is also survived by one brother Aidan Kirkendoll of Pawnee, maternal grandparents Creig and Elizabeth Kleckler of Salem, OR., paternal grandparents Carl and Melanie Gordon of Mason City, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jacob attended Chatham Elementary and Middle School before moving to Whitman, Massachusetts in 2008 and attending Whitman Hanson High School. He enjoyed playing baseball, playing his guitars, fishing on the Illinois River, the St. Louis Cardinals, and hanging out with his friends on the beach.

The family requests casual attire for the visitation and service and tie dye shirts are encouraged.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Friday October 2, 2015 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street. The family will meet friends from 5-7pm Thursday at the funeral home.
