Jamie Weickart

Springfield - Jamie Lynn Weickart, 30, of Springfield, died April 27, 2011 at her home.. She was born Janurary 27th, 1981, in Springfield, to Greg and Darlene Sidener Weickart, She was a student at Midwest Technical Institute and a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Springfield.

Jamie was known for her unique sense of humor and devotion to her children and family. She was also an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs. After graduating from Lanphier high school she worked at various jobs including US Bank and Com Microfilm. She also worked in the medical codeing profession.

Jamie is survived by her parents, daughter. Alexis Weickart, son Keon Rice Jr. sisters, Angela Weickart of Niles, Erika Jo (George) Weickart-Smith of Dalanaga Ga., Kelly Weickart of Springfield, Kim Shadden of Chatham, Amanda Shadden of Springfield, brother Kyle Shadden of Chatham, grandparents are Joyce Weickart of Niles, Carl Sidener Sr. of Springfield, and Judith Bradshaw of Collinsville, plus several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial service to be held at 3:00pm, Friday May 6th at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 2477 W. Washington in Springfield followed buy a visitation and meal.

In lieu of flowers a trust fund for the children will be established at Finiancial Partners credit union, 940 n. MacArthur, Springfield IL 62702

Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield.
