Jane Louise Cormeny

Jane Louise Cormeny, 78, of Springfield , passed away at 7:55 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2002 at her residence. Jane was born May 31, 1923 the daughter of Garrett and Ella Patton Gill in Springfield. She married Jim Cormeny on January 26, 1946 at Stuart Street Christian Church in Springfield. She was a housewife and a life long resident of Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Jack Gill. Mrs. Cormeny is survived by her husband: Jim Cormeny of Springfield; three sons: James (wife, Cheryl) Cormeny of Shelbyville, TN., John (companion, Pam) Cormeny, Tom (wife, Peggy) Cormeny both of Springfield; two daughters: Janice Cormeny of Warrenton, VA., Connie Runkel of Springfield; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister: Marie Heinemann of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home from 4-7:00 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2002. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at the Funeral Home with Rev. H. Warren Wilkewitz officiating. Burial will follow at oak Ridge Cemetery.
