
Joane was born July 21, 1936 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Edward and Annis Rogers Clauss. She married Donald Dalluge.
Mrs. Dalluge was a homemaker and had been employed by Target retiring in 2003. In 1955 she was Elmira, New York’s Glider Queen. She was a member of Federated Women’s Club, Springfield Area Ceramics and Crafts Club and NSPOA. She was a former member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a current member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother: Charles Clauss.
She is survived by her husband, Donald of Springfield; two sons: Alan (wife, Dara) Chase and Jeffery (wife, Michele) Woods both of Springfield; two daughters: Debbie Chase (partner, Lee McNerney) of Portland, OR, and Kathleen (husband, Dan) DeSalle of Springfield; nine grandchildren; one brother: Edward (wife, Sharon) Clauss, Jr. of Elmira, NY; three stepchildren: Susie Mullen of Decatur, Mike (wife, Michelle) Dalluge of Mt. Zion, Katie (husband, James) Peters of Springfield and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home from 5-8:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2003. Visitation will begin with a prayer service at 4:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Kevin Vann celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
