Judy Horn

Judy Horn, 69, of Decatur, passed away of natural causes on November 15, 2011. Judy was born November 14, 1942 in Springfield, the daughter of George and Katherine Cantrall Blackburn. She married Dennis Horn on January 7, 1967 at Christ Gospel. Judy was a homemaker and a member of Christ Gospel in Decatur. She enjoyed being a caregiver and flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John Blackburn; and a sister, Evelyn Ryder. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Horn of Decatur; three sons, Shane (wife, Trina) Horn of Decatur, Troy (wife, Kathy) Gullo of Mechanicsburg, and David (wife, Suzette) Fahrenbacher of Springfield; daughter, Kimberlee Thompson of Decatur; fifteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Bobbie Baker, George Blackburn, Ronnie Blackburn, Verney Blackburn, Rodney Blackburn and Parma Blackburn; and numerous members of her extended family. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 10:00 until the time of the ceremony at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield with Rev. Larry Matthews officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
