Kimberly K. Schmitt, 32, of Springfield, died at 2:55 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at her home. Kimberly was born on August 16, 1981 in Springfield, the daughter of Dale and Patricia Grant Schmitt, Sr. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen and William R. Grant and Vincent Schmitt. She is survived by her parents, Dale and Patricia Schmitt of Springfield; grandmother, Ruby Schmitt of Springfield; siblings, Jody Grant of Las Vegas, NV, Lisa (David Clark) Grant of Springfield, and Dale (Terrisa) Schmitt, Jr. of Riverton several aunts and uncles; three nephews; and several cousins. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center following ceremonies. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
