She was born on May 23, 1931 in Rural Morgan Co, IL, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lillian (Kopf) Ruh. She married Richard F. Horn on Feb. 4, 1950 and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1998.
At Jean’s request there will be no public ceremonies. Cremation will be accorded by Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield. Inurnment will be at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.
