She was born on September 6, 1926, the youngest child of Frank and Sylvia Zappa. She had four brothers and four sisters.
Lillian married Kenneth E. Moore on May 29, 1945. They were married nearly 63 years at the time of his death in 2008. She was also preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings.
She is survived by two children-James B. Moore and Kimberly (James) Rusciolelli of Springfield.
Lillian worked as a receptionist for the Springfield Clinic. She was active in her church and community until suffering a catastrophic illness in 1987.
Private services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the charity of choice or to the Animal Protective League.
