She was born on September 29, 1933, in Springfield, the daughter of Jesse J. and Florence A. (Pennock) Mazrim. She married Warren “Ham” Lounsberry on April 7, 1956.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a brother, W. Frank Mazrim.
Surviving are two daughters, Lynda Musselman of Sherman and Anne (Scott) Sandberg of Springfield; five grandchildren, Cory (Courtney), Leah and Tessa Musselman, Matt (fiancé Lexi Stovall) and Jack Sandberg; two great grandchildren, Maxwell and Jaxon Musselman; a niece; a nephew; and a cousin.
A private service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
