Mark Branham

Mark Branham, 47, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 9, 2018. He was born May 9, 1970, in Springfield to the late Marshall E. and Sandy Yates Branham. Mark graduated from Glenwood High School in 1988. He worked for the Village of Chatham and IDOT for many years. Mark loved all things sports and sports cars related. He especially liked playing softball with friends, attending sports cards conventions, and enjoying life over a few beers at the local hangout. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Pam (Judy) Branham of Minneapolis, MN; nephew, Maxwell Branham; niece, Grace Branham, both of Minneapolis, MN; several aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Cremation rites will be accorded by Cremation Services of Central Illinois, Chatham, before all services. His family will greet friends from 10 AM until the time of the memorial service at 12 PM on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Staab Polk Memorial Home, 8855 State Route 4, Chatham, IL, 62629. Paula Staab Polk will be the Funeral Celebrant. Burial will follow at Chatham Memorial Cemetery.
