Mary Lee Lowe, 90, of Springfield, died at 12:15 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at St. John's Hospice. Mary was born October 10, 1926 in Tallulah, LA the daughter of Robert Frank and Maggie Lee Harrell Moore. She married Joseph Franklin Lowe, Jr. on April 29, 1944 in Franklin Parrish; he preceded her in death on March 12, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Douglas Lloyd Moore; and sister, Chloteal Anglin. She is survived by her sons, Robert Carl (wife Marianne) Lowe of Monee, IL, Joe Stanley Lowe of Bolingbrook, Roy Stafford (wife, Kyong Suk "Sukie") Lowe of Cheyenne, WY, and Kenneth Brian (wife, Annette) Lowe of Springfield; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Patsy Bryant of LA and Roberta Crysel of LA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Ceremony: 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home, Delhi Chapel, 724 Broadway St., Delhi, LA. Burial will be at Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
