Mary Ann Schwing, 52, of Springfield, died on Saturday, August 11, 2007 at St. John’s Hospital. Mary Ann was born October 29, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Clifford and Antoinette Guglielmotti Schwing. Mary Ann was of the Catholic faith. She spent several years in a cloistered religious order and was then employed in the business office at St. John’s Hospital in the compliance department. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by a brother: Christopher (wife, Kathy) Schwing of Rotterdam, NY, a sister: Janet Schwing of Richmond, CA; one niece and one nephew; and her cat: C.J. Cremation accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. A memorial ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield with Rev. Michael Haag officiating.
