Mary Lisa Tenbusch

She was born on March 28, 1926 in Germany, the daughter of the late Jacob and Margaret (Herrmann) Braun. She married John Tenbusch in August of 1948 in Germany and he preceded her in death on Feb. 5, 1979.

Mrs. Tenbusch worked as a bookkeeper for Capitol Chrysler, retiring in 1978. She was a member of the Harvel Lutheran Church, the German Club “DANK” in Springfield.

She is survived by a daughter Susan (husband David) Berosh of Scottsdale, AZ, a granddaughter Natasha Berosh, of Scottsdale, AZ, and a nephew Wayne Dean of Alexandria, VA, and a cousin Christa Hancock of Texas.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Helen Marie Tenbusch and a sister Liselotte Dean.

Services are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield, where a memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 from 1 pm until time of the memorial service at 2 pm. The memorial service will be officiated by Pastor Scott Busacker Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded.
