Michael D. Childers

He was a successful and long time employee of both brooksbrothers.com and @JosABanks. My Uncle loved fashion, helping people look there best, sports cars, the St.Louis Cardinals and shoes... Lol. He had more shoes then me! He loved @NYC and was a resident there for a long time as he ran the Brooks Brothers Store across from the World Trade Center for many years.

He was a huge fan of the Kentucky Derby and Triple Crown Series Races. He was there when Secretariat won the triple crown.

He loved coming to the Westminster Kennel Club show and cheering me on. Uncle Mike never knew a stranger. Whether it was at his many stores he managed(customers asked for him), the local pub(where he would have his own seat and knew everyone in the place) and the nurses favorite patient.

He told stories, long winded and sometimes unbearably long, and I miss them already.... 😢

He was preceded in death by his parents Herb and Gen Childers and living members are younger brother Timothy R Childers and wife Jodie Childers and their two daughters Ginny Kladis Kincer/Aaron Kincer(husband) + Molly Elizabeth Childers.

Even though you are gone, you are forever in our hearts.
