

Nancy Garner, 75, of Springfield died at 7:50 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2005 at Heritage Manor. Nancy was born February 20, 1930 in Huron, OH the daughter of Vincent and Norma Elizabeth Hill Hinde. Mrs. Garner was employed first as a waitress at The Black Angus, then was Food and Beverage Manager at The Robinhood Restaurant and The Mansion View and also waitressed at the Travelodge. She also owned and operated her own consignment shop; Jus-Lik-Nu Shop North. She is survived by one son: Charles “Chuck” Sellman of Springfield, OH; three daughters: Nancy Hayslett of Springfield, OH, Bonnie (husband, Dan) Gunter of Elizabethtown, KY and Sheri (husband, John) Halerewicz of Springfield, IL; five siblings: Charles (wife, Rosalie) Hinde of OH, Vincent (wife, Pat) Hinde of FL, June Edmonds of FL, Grace (husband, Mason) Farmer of Springfield, OH and Leland (wife, Sandy) Miller of OH; eleven grandchildren: Otto, Joseph and Shawn Hayslett, Dan, Jr. and Tabitha Gunter, Janek, David, Kashia, Valerie and Christina Halerewicz and Deana Sellman and several nieces and nephews. Cremation accorded by the Cremation Tribute Center. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield with Scott Brindley officiating. The family of Nancy Garner is being served by Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
